Ordering and Shipping

We
do not have a minimum order.

We
use USPS for all shipping.
·
Orders
placed Monday thru Friday will be processed the following day. Orders placed
over the weekend will be processed on Mondays. All prices for shipping given on
this website are ESTIMATES only, actual shipping costs are not available until
we pack and weigh your order. We charge
the actual USPS charge plus a $2.00 handling charge

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without
notice.
Returns:
When you need to return an item please use the
following procedure:
1)
Use
adequate packing material and insure the package (we cannot be responsible for
items damaged in return shipping).
2)
Include
a copy of your invoice in the package.
3)
Write
us a brief description of the problem.
4)
Tell
us how we can correct the problem (would you like a refund, an exchange, or
store credit).
5)
Address
the package:

Returned
items must be received within 30 days of original purchase. A restocking fee of
10% will be charged for items returned without cause or refused or unclaimed
packages (plus shipping). If any part of your merchandise was damaged in
shipping we must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the order

Backorders
If an item(s) you order is out of stock we will
backorder the item(s). Every effort will be made to ship this item in 30 days
from the date of your original order. Unless the backordered item(s) represent
the bulk of your order, shipping on the backordered item will be free. Your
credit card will not be charged for the purchase price of the backorders until the they are shipped.
If the item is not available in 30 days we will
contact you with the option of keeping or canceling your backorder. You may
also cancel your backorder at anytime.
